I’m currently working with an independent med comms agency who are looking to expand their US operations with a newly created hybrid Scientific Account Director opportunity to help with their expansion. The focus of this position will be line managing more junior members of the team, taking on some Account Director responsibilities and working at a strategic level with clients. This is brand new position due to business wins too. Their CEO was recently voted one of the best bosses to work for in medical communications!
This agency has 35 employees with a broad mixture of deliverables such as pubs, promo med ed, meetings, med affairs, digital and strategic materials so lots of variety. As they’ve been established for a while they have a broad mixture of clients from bio tech to big pharma, long standing and new clients and in 27 therapy areas.
Being a small agency they really look after their staff and put a lot of effort and resources into making it a great place to work. Salary up to $130k but they can be flexible for the Scientific Account Director role with excellent benefits, bonus and full-time home working.
