Medical Affairs Operations Assistant
I am working with a pharmaceutical company in Maidenhead who is looking for a Medical Affairs Operations Assistant to join them on an initial 6-month contract. There is a possibility that this role could go permanent at the end of the contract.
This role will be home based initially and then once the office is open and safe enough to return, it will be partly office based.
As a Medical Affairs Operations Assistant you will provide operational support of regional Medical Affairs programs and projects including; medical education programs, scientific advisory boards and scientific symposia.
Some of the activities will include:
*Providing project support regionally, actively engage team members to solicit project concerns and ideas for improvement
*Track the status of activities scheduled
*Responsible for tracking the EU Medical Affairs Project and Programs and budgets to ensure spending is on track
*Develop and execute the HCP and Vendor agreements
*Support the EU Medical Affairs Head and Medical Information Lead
The company is looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:
*Someone who is proactive/ adaptable who will do administrative tasks
*Pharmaceutical industry experience, working in medical affairs
*Understanding how medical affairs operates and how to make a team function efficiently
