As Editorial Director, you will oversee a team of medical and editorial staff to provide direction in the delivery and implementation of communication and publication plans for their clients. You will contribute to strategic initiatives for the agency and ensure that the training needs are met. You will be passionate about developing strong relationships with clients and external experts, meeting client objectives and consistently delivering strategic excellence.
The successful candidate will have 15 years plus healthcare communications agency experience in senior roles, and hold a degree in life sciences. You will have a proven track record in leading an editorial/ scientific team within a medical communications agency, extensive medical writing experience and strong leadership skills.
