Clinical Operations Leader – 12 Month Contract
I am currently working with a top pharmaceutical company in Hertfordshire who is recruiting for a Process Management Leader to join their clinical Operations department on a 12-month contract.
The company is looking for someone to provide business process management as well as providing leadership and subject matter expertise to the Clinical Operations function. You will be accountable for strategic procedures and business processes development for early development clinical operations globally.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
*Support clinical operations strategic directives by ensuring the development and management of business processes
*Stay ahead of the internal and external developments and trends relevant to the work of clinical operations
*Communicate issues, concerns and recommendations to the leadership team
*Manage relationships with other stakeholders with regards to process development
*Collaborate with the Information and Systems group to ensure optimal integration of systems/tools into process landscape
*Collaborates with other Clinical Operations teams, global leadership and others
*Ensures process documentation is created and distributed for use
The company is looking for someone who has:
*Significant experience within the pharmaceutical industry
*Working knowledge of international regulatory and ICH GCP guidelines
*Clinical study management experience
*Stakeholder management experience- internal and external
