2nd line Customer Service Analyst required by major global pharmaceutical organisation in Welwyn Garden City to provide IT support to over 2000 end users.
As the client start to welcome back employees to the workplace, you will be providing customer facing 2nd line IT support skills to end users in a fast paced, agile environment. You will be joining a highly skilled core team of IT support analysts providing assistance on all aspects of their enterprise solutions including Google Suite, iOS, Windows 10, ServiceNOW and Nexthink.
To be suitable for this role, you should:
- have excellent customer facing skills
- extensive 1st and 2nd line IT support skills with knowledge of Google Suite
- fantastic team working skills
- can do attitude with a keenness to learn
- any experience with Meeting Room technology would also be highly advantageous.
