Head of Operations - Creative Digital Healthcare agency!
This new opening exists within the creative arm of a highly successful medical communications agency group.
The opening reports to the group head of operations and will involve working closely with the MD. The agency offers digital and creative services to the group's pharmaceutical clients. They produce a broad range of materials across digital design, motion graphics, video and websites. This opening of Head of Operations is a leadership position and will involve being responsible for partnering with business to manage operations and staffing across client accounts valued at >6M.
Responsibilities will be broad and include:
*Responsible for business revenue reporting and performance analytics
*Responsible for business data quality to ensure automated reporting for client, revenue, resourcing is accurate at Business and Group level
*Continually evaluates business performance by gathering, analysing, and interpreting data and metrics to support and drive strategic planning and intervention
*Partner with Business and Client services leads to understand key levers to optimise their business performance to achieve financial targets
*Works with Group Operations Director to assess metrics and processes to enable transparency of business performance and rapid intervention where appropriate
*Ensures company operating procedures are executed per protocol, with regular audit to identify required improvements
*Leads in-business training and induction as per SOPs
*Leads change management processes in line with Group vision
*Ensure optimal project lifecycle management within business to regulate invoicing, cashflow, reconciliation and reporting
*Ensure strong professional relations with internal stakeholders (Client delivery, HR, Finance)
*Responsible for business resourcing, ensuring the right capability is recruited and aligned for booked business and future capabilities are forecasted accurately based on long-term client demand across functions
*Leads cross-functional integration of capabilities in line with client demand
*Ensure roles are operating in line with job description and management lines are appropriate and effective
*Leads on recruitment management in business partnering with HR and Business Lead
*Partner with Business lead on team structure and capability requirements based on future business growth and strategic planning (6-12-month outlook)
To be considered you will need experience in healthcare communications agencies and have worked in a senior operations role. You'll also have a good understanding of digital and creative projects.
There is a superb salary on offer (to 100k) and chance to help develop and shape the agency in this key leadership role.
