Ali Bagheri

Ali joined Paramount in 2021. Having graduated from the University of Birmingham, he moved into sales and service focused roles before moving into the world of recruitment, having worked both in house and in agency recruitment for a number of different industries and markets. 

Here at Paramount, Ali is passionate about working in the US Drug Discovery market, and has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients on a number of weird and wonderful positions. Primarily, his niche is finding the right homes for the best talent in pre-clinical drug discovery. 

In his spare time, Ali loves travelling, doing anything active and spending time outdoors with his wife, two sons and Weimaraner, Poppy.
